The Workforce Development Department of Greater Acadiana Region 4 also strives to increase our community competitiveness and our economic strength by providing advanced, flexible, and applicable technology, education, and training. For this to occur, we continually partner with students, business and industry, chambers of commerce, and public workforce systems to create "real" workforce solutions-initiatives that increase our relevance to the Acadiana economy.
